Abandoned vehicles were cleared from Sunset Boulevard Tuesday as drivers fled the encroaching Pacific Palisades wildfires. NBC journalist Katherine Picazo captured footage of a bulldozer removing the cars.

Emergency services ordered evacuations, leaving drivers with no choice but to abandon their vehicles. While no injuries have been reported in the celebrity-studded neighborhood, homes have sustained damage.

A significant response from local fire departments is underway, with over 250 firefighters, 46 engines, and five helicopters dispatched to the blaze.
