The company stated that, to date, there is no indication of any impact on its systems. Furthermore, no ransom demand has been received, according to Atos.
Following the claim, Atos' cybersecurity team has initiated a thorough investigation into the alleged breach. The company is actively assessing the extent and nature of the claimed compromise.
This incident comes shortly after Atos completed a significant financial restructuring. The company's creditors have recently taken control after the restructuring process concluded nine days prior to the ransomware claim.
