Candice Miller, a prominent social media influencer, is auctioning off personal possessions to address substantial debt following the death of her husband, real estate mogul Brandon Miller. The auction, launched on Auction Ninja, features approximately 225 items from their Water Mill, New York, home.

Miller's husband, Brandon, died in July 2024, reportedly from suicide. His estate is heavily in debt, with $33.6 million in outstanding loans and only $8,000 in the bank. This leaves Candice facing significant financial strain, including a $20 million unsecured loan burden.

The Miller family's Hamptons home, initially listed at $15.5 million, sold in December for between $12.8 and $13 million. Additional financial challenges include a reported $4 million settlement for an unpaid loan and a lawsuit for $194,881.89 in unpaid rent for Brandon's Park Avenue apartment.

Further complicating matters, Candice has reportedly denied any responsibility for the unpaid rent, claiming she was not a signatory to the lease. However, she has received $15 million from life insurance policies and now resides in a $10 million Miami Beach condominium.

Despite these challenges, Candice is reportedly struggling with the loss of her husband, who she met as a child in the Hamptons. They married in 2009 and resided in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood with their two daughters until his death. The family is grappling with the emotional fallout of the loss while managing substantial financial obligations.
