Cleveland police responded to a call at Tower City to assist RTA police. The victim had been shot in the foot and was transported to MetroHealth Hospital for treatment.
According to reports, the incident unfolded in the parking lot of the Triskett Rapid Station around 12:15 p.m. The victim told police he was shot immediately after asking a suspect for money.
Following the shooting, the suspect fled the scene. Authorities are currently investigating the incident, and the suspect's whereabouts are unknown.
