Bangkok, Thailand - Thai Union Group PCL., a global seafood industry leader, has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 Management Associate Program. This initiative offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop into future leaders within the company. Applications are being accepted until February 28, 2025.

The program aims to cultivate talent by providing exposure to diverse business operations and a robust mentorship framework. According to Vorarat Lertanantrakool, Human Resources Director at Thai Union, the program is designed to provide young professionals with a deep understanding of the company’s global operations, thereby driving innovation and growth in the seafood industry.

This year's program expands across seven key functions, including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Procurement, Engineering; Manufacturing – Production, and Planting and Quality Assurance. Candidates will be selected for a competitive leadership path, offering a solid foundation for their careers.

The three-year accelerated program involves six-month rotations across various functions, followed by international assignments lasting 18 months to two years, all aligned with a specific function. This comprehensive approach ensures a complete understanding of the company's diverse operations. Successful candidates will commence their roles in May 2025.
